‘Love Creates Love’ meet ups are designed to give parents with babies some time to relax and a space to connect with others in the area.

10 - 11.30am

The first hour will be all about relaxing and socialising with other parents with babies, there will be a soft area for the little ones. It isn’t a playgroup, the focus is the parents, but we know how important it is to have a child friendly space whilst parents enjoy a cuppa!

Parents will get a wellbeing goodie bag.

Special guests for this session will be:

Gabi from Keeping it Delicious - she will be sharing healthy eating tips to keep us going as busy parents. Gabi embarked into a new journey when realising her son had severe allergies, they now follow a plant-based vegan diet and lifestyle, she is passionate about sharing information about recipes that are healthy and delicious, you don’t have to be strictly vegan to like them or try them, she has taught me so much about nutrients of various ingredients and given me ideas on healthy snacks and meals, I would love you to meet her!

Trish from Scent Elation - Trish is a very experienced beauty, massage and aroma therapist, passionate about giving mums to be and mothers relaxing spaces for self-care. She will be offering mini massage treatments for whoever is up for it. She is part of my network of baby massage instructors from Blossom & Berry, we are supporters of the Love Create Love campaign. So happy that she is taking part in this with me!

And again, from 11 to 11.30am I will be leading a free baby massage workshop for whoever wishes to take part, mats will be provided, just bring a blanket for baby and oil if you wish but you can also take part without oil.

£1 donation to go towards the church that provides the space, donation is optional, if you don’t wish to give it just use code NODONATIONFORNOW at checkout.

Donation is per family, twins don’t pay any extra and mum and dad are welcome, as well as babies with additional health care needs.
